He also obtained a Masters of Arts in Education from United States International University; which is now Alliant International University. Mr. Black was a three-sport athlete at Rocky

Dr. Gary L. Black received a Ph.D in Leadership and Management from Alliant International University , San Diego , California campus. He also obtained a Masters of Arts in Education from United States International University; which is now Alliant International University. Mr. Black was a three-sport athlete at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology /Anthropology-major & Physical Education-minor. In 2017, he was inducted into the Rocky Mountain College Athletic Hall of Fame.
Mr. Black has based his career on serving others as a teacher/coach, community center director and facility manager specializing in the development of youths. Currently, he is owner of Partners In Progress consulting agency.
